Refunds and Exchanges

We will offer a refund or exchange of your order for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived late and meat was spoiled.
  • We shipped you the wrong item(s).

We will not offer a refund or exchange of your order for the following reasons:

  • You ordered the wrong thing and it was shipped to you.
  • You had an order shipped to an incorrect address.

If you have an issue with an order or would like an address changed or an order cancelled before it ships, please contact Naomi Johnson at tastypork@piggeryrunfarm.com.

Returns

Due to the nature of the shipped meat being perishable, we do not accept returns. If you have an issue with an order please contact Naomi Johnson at tastypork@piggeryrunfarm.com.

Refunded payment

If you are approved for a return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
