Happy almost 4th of July! 💥
I hope you have a relaxing day or two off to spend with family/friends. How blessed we are to live in a country where we are free to do that! Special thanks to any of you who are a part of or connected to someone who is a part of the police/military folks who have kept our country free over the years! 👮♂️👮♀️
Farm news
We have been busy, busy in the last week or so to get the enclosed trailer ready to have a freezer with pork in it.

Minnesota Dept of Agriculture regulations want every surface on the inside to the cleanable, so thanks to my wonderful husband, we were able to get that taken care of, and the inspector was even able to come yesterday and we were approved and are ready to go!! 💪😊

The trailer came with these brackets on the sides and the two youngest had the job of getting them off.

Luckily, there’s enough eye protection to go around. 😉
The front curved area was tricky.
Some bottle lambs came to help too. 🥰
So what’s coming next?
Delivery to the Twin Cities is around the corner!
Do you live in the Twin Cities area and would like pork delivered to your door?

The first planned delivery date is August 3rd.
